Let fire inspire – I was on 105 Uckfield FM yesterday morning talking about beadmaking in general, and my forthcoming Open Studio in particular!
Issue 41 of my favourite beady read is jam-packed full of autumn inspiration – and I’m delighted that one of my lampwork tutorials has been included in it! It starts on page 20.
Inspired by Nick Green’s ‘Cat Kin’ series of children’s books, these beads were conceived as a collection, available individually or as a full set of six.
Which of your catras would you like to engage today…?
Fashion really does work in cycles – I remember my macrame efforts on a Brownie pack holiday 30 years ago, when I was 7! This is a more modern look utilising nylon cord rather than hairy string….!
Soft and smooth, stonesoft beads are easy to wear in a simply strung bracelet.
Drawn to the sea – communing with flinty pebbles as part of my stonesoft journey.
What a fabulous day – many thanks to Bead Magicians in Findon for their enthusiastic welcome!
My mailing policy has changed – and this means a price REDUCTION on shipping!
A beadtastic time was had by all at the Big Bead Show, Sandown Park!
Some of my recent work has been selected for the CGS’ latest online gallery exhibition.
Welcome to The Workshop – where I’m proud to work.
This fabulous new sign represents a state of mind. What do you think?
