A set of eleven lampwork glass beads in shades of pink, kiln annealed for lasting strength.
The five elongated oval beads have a base of baby pink glass decorated with clear frit to create a delightful optical illusion of a soft crackle-glaze effect. These beads have been shaped using a handheld graphite marver, care and attention, and they have been teamed with six round frit-decorated beads in fuchsia and pale pink. The future is, as they say, rosy!
The beads have been strung with etched clear glass seed beads for you to use in your jewellery projects.
The beads were made on 1.6mm mandrels.
The centre bead measures 13mm from hole to hole and 9mm at its girth.
The smallest oval bead measures 12mm from hole to hole and 8.5mm at its girth.
The rounds range from 7.5mm x 5mm to 6mm x 4mm.
Measurements are approximate.
Three views of a single set of lampwork glass beads are shown.
