We’re halfway through!

The first weekend of my Open Studio event was such fun – we were delighted to welcome 71 visitors on Saturday and a further 79 on Sunday!

My demonstrations proved popular, and visitors wanting to enter the free prize draw were simply asked to give their details to Robyn and collect a raffle ticket for their chance to win the demonstration beads made on the day of their visit. The draws for all four days will take place on Monday – and the four lucky winners will be notified immediately!

The beads up for grabs last weekend are pictured below – so, if you’re tempted to get your hand on similar such goodies, you know what to do: come along next weekend, October 1 & 2, between 11am and 5pm, and sign in (free!) for your chance to win.

That’s right: it’s all happening again on October 1 & 2 – so do come and join us!

The Workshop, 11 Churchmarks Lane, East Hoathly, Lewes, East Sussex, BN8 6EQ

The workshop is open from 11am to 5pm, and I shall be demonstrating lampwork glass beadmaking at half past every hour during those times. The house will be open for sales of my jewellery and beads, and you’re very welcome to browse.

I’m proud to be sharing my Open Studio event with a photographer of wide renown, Jim Holden, who will be exhibiting and selling his stunning prints, cards and acrylics. Working on many commercial and PR projects, and with his extensive background in feature and news photography, Jim’s style really is quite something.

Looking forward to seeing you at the weekend!
